mydistri.be focuses on the quick and careful delivery of your orders. We pay much attention to the packaging, verifying, transport and delivery of your order. We work with professional package carriers to deliver your order quickly and carefully, with possibility of tracking your goods.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a message with the shipping information. Because of the value of the goods, these should always be signed for. Our carriers have explicit instructions not to leave packages unattended, because of the risk of theft.

Delivery Time

Orders for products in stock, will be delivered in the timeframe indicated on the product page. You will receive a message by e-mail at the time your order is shipped, with the shipping information, the name of the package carrier and tracking number.

For products out of stock, please contact our Customer Service in order to receive an estimated delivery time.

Delivery costs

We provide free delivery within Belgium, however orders need to have a minimum order value of €500 excl. VAT.

For other countries please contact our Customer Service in order to receive a quote, costs my vary depending on volume and weight.

Defects and Returns

Our products come with 6 months minimum warranty. Please verify the products immediately after delivery. If a defective product was shipped, you can at all times contact our Customer Service via the contact form.
